HELS1NK1 Secondlife Store Sales Guidelines

Thank you for choosing to sell your secondhand clothing through HELS1NK1's Secondlife Store. Our aim is to support sustainable fashion by giving high-quality, pre-loved items a second life. Please review the following rules to ensure a smooth process.

1. Item Eligibility
Only gently used clothing in good, wearable condition will be accepted.
Items must be clean, free of stains, holes, or major damage.
We encourage submissions that align with sustainable and ethical fashion.

2. Commission
HELS1NK1 takes a 50% commission on all sales.
This commission supports operational costs, staff, marketing, and maintaining store quality.

3. Item Review and Acceptance
All items must be brought to the store in person or sent for review.
Our team will assess each item to ensure it meets the quality standards and is marketable within our community.
We reserve the right to decline items that do not fit our criteria.

4. Pricing
HELS1NK1 will set the final sale price based on condition, brand, and current market demand.
We aim to price fairly to maximize the chances of sale while ensuring value for both the seller and buyer.

5. Duration of Display
Items accepted for sale will be displayed in the store for a maximum for one perioded selling season (Spring-Summer/Autumn-Winter) depeding of the suitability for the weather and current events.
After this period, unsold items may either be returned to the seller or donated, as per the seller's preference.

6. Payment Process
Once an item is sold, sellers will receive their share (50% of the sale price) after each quarter respecting of the official sales report information.
Payments will be made via the chosen method indicated during item submission (bank transfer, store credit, paypal). HELS1NK1 will not in any circumstances proceed payment as cash from the store cashier.

7. Returns
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted unless the buyer identifies a significant issue with the item’s condition that was not disclosed.
In cases of returns, sellers will be contacted, and the item will be returned to them.

                                                                                                                     

8. Donations
Sellers can choose to donate unsold items at the end of the display period to a charity partner or well sourced textile recycling company, contributing further to the sustainable fashion movement.
Donated items will not result in any financial compensation.

                                                                                                                     

9. Sustainability Commitment
HELS1NK1 is committed to minimizing waste and promoting a circular economy. Sellers are encouraged to bring items in reusable or sustainable packaging.
By selling through HELS1NK1, you help reduce fashion waste and support ethical consumption.

                                                                                                                     

10. Seller Responsibility
Sellers must ensure all items are authentic and appropriately described.
Misrepresentation of items or repeated submission of poor-quality items may result in removal from the Secondlife store program.
